Do you ever find yourself wishing you had a better body, but can't seem to find the time and energy for diet and exercise? That's the boat I was in just last year. I had gained almost 30 pounds since graduating from college and starting work. All that sitting on my butt was not only making me tired, but also making me look bad. As I'm looking through it now, it's just as simple and straightforward as the diet plan, and actually takes less time per workout than I had been doing before. Now that I'm back down to my ideal weight, I'm going to find the time to do the workouts so that I can build some more muscle and look that much better!
